The Myanmar Lethwei teams were unable to compete in the last CHAOS MADMAX event after being refused entry to Japan by the immigration department.
The United Nations has adopted a resolution that condemns the military regime in Myanmar and as a result it is difficult to invite the Myanmar Lethwei organization to Japan at this time. In order to avoid a reoccurrence of the same problem we have decided that the tournament this time will be fought by top Karate fighters from Japan and around the world.
